These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crunch mobile application (the "App"), provided by Mozaik Software Solutions Ltd ("Mozaik", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Crunch is a fitness coaching app that provides workout logging, AI-generated training programs, nutrition and meal planning, weekly check-ins, progress analytics, and an AI coaching chat. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the App. By using Crunch, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@mozaiksoftwaresolutions.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Health and fitness disclaimer. Crunch is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any new training or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing medical condition, injury, or dietary restriction. Stop any activity immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use the App's training and nutrition guidance entirely at your own risk.
Training programs, meal plans, coach chat responses, and weekly check-in verdicts are generated using artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. This content is offered for informational and motivational purposes only. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your individual circumstances, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian, or certified coach. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment, and for seeking professional advice, before acting on any AI-generated recommendation.
Calorie, macro, and nutrition data (including barcode-scanned and AI-parsed entries) are estimates and may contain inaccuracies from underlying food databases or AI interpretation. If you have a severe food allergy or a medically managed dietary condition, verify nutrition information independently and consult a healthcare professional before relying on it.

Some features of Crunch may be offered as paid subscriptions in the future. Where this applies, pricing, billing terms, and cancellation will be presented to you at the time of purchase and processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), subject to that store's own terms.
The App, including its design, branding, logos, and underlying software, is owned by Mozaik Software Solutions Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into Crunch (workouts, logs, photos, messages, and other content). By submitting it, you grant us a licence to store, process, and use it solely to provide and improve the App's features, including sending relevant content to our AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy.
Crunch relies on third-party services, including Supabase (database and authentication) and Anthropic (AI processing), to operate. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling by these providers beyond our reasonable control, though we select providers we believe handle data responsibly.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mozaik Software Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any injury, health outcome, or dietary consequence resulting from following AI-generated training or nutrition guidance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting info@mozaiksoftwaresolutions.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App, with notice where reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and, where appropriate, communicated within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
